Now Hiring Customer Service, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Lead Rate of Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 depends on experience Perks Sick pay, Vacation after one year of employment, company benefits after 90 days. POSITION SUMMARY Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service issues and providing the highest level of customer service when customers come into our establishment to make a purchase or discuss service needs. Duties are as such but not limited to: * Assists existing customers by answering product and service questions; providing information about other products and services when required. * Opens customer accounts by recording account information within QuickBooks. * Maintains customer records by updating account information within QuickBooks. * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment & following up to ensure resolution. * Maintains financial accounts by processing customer sales orders, estimates and invoices. * Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. * Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer data. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks above as needed. * Applicant must have extensive QuickBooks knowledge. Accounts payable & receivable exp. is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications that may help you excel at this position: Customer Service, Safety Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving Techniques, Safety Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Conflict Resolution, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking in a high pace environment. Required Training QuickBooks experience a must Accounts payable and receivable experience is a must. Safety supplies & safety background is a plus. Experience calibrating portable and fixed monitors preferred. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Geographical Location: Bakersfield, CA and outlying areas. Most of the work will be done out of the corporate office in Bakersfield, CA.
