HASLO (Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo) is excited to announce that we are recruiting for our Project Homekey property; a new supportive housing initiative in the City of Paso Robles, CA consisting of 63 studio apartments for the formerly homeless and persons at-risk of homelessness. The City of Paso Robles is a center for tourism on the Central Coast, and in the heart of California’s finest wine country. This position requires on site residence in a large studio unit with limited kitchen facilities (microwave, InstantPot & mini fridge); the rent and utilities are paid in full by HASLO. Applicants must indicate their willingness to reside on-site on the Employment Application. The ideal candidate will be committed to the mission of affordable housing; possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; be detail oriented and thrive in a high paced environment. Under the general direction of the Portfolio Manager and/or the Property Supervisor; performs moderately complex office, administrative and supportive services; responsible for assessing resident needs, acting as a case manager where required; makes resource information available to residents and provides linkages to needed services. Duties may include a high volume of public and telephone contact, report preparation and record keeping.
